Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage audiences effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
